  • Shake and pour pancake mix. Add blueberries. Very good
  • Fiber one pancake mix. I didn't make it right but it still came out great. Very filling.
  • Sugar free syrup. Even my step-son says it's great and sweet enough. He knows it's sugar free. 1/4 cup is a serving!
  • Lipton Pureleaf Unsweetened Iced Tea. I added my own sweet-n-low. (0/0/0)
  • Taylor fresh brand Fresh snacks: apple slices with lf vanilla yogurt and a little granola. Great dipped together. Very sweet and crunchy. (170/2.5/3)
  • I saw an ad for a mix-in vitamin. It's a One a Day vitamin. If you don't mind the vitamin smell it doesn't taste bad. 
  • String cheese
  • Fat free yoplait (100/0/0)
  • Sugar free pudding
  • Vrooman's sugar free oatmeal cookies (goes great with the pudding)
  • Dried apricots
  • Fiber one bars (2pts each. 30/$10 at costco)
  • Aquifina flavored water: grape, mixed berry, raspberry
  • WW meals at Applebees
  • Ground turkey instead of beef in tacos and spaghetti
  • 93# lean ground beef
  • Izze grapefruit soda: sold at Starbucks and Costco. 70% juice. Color from natural vegi source. 120 cals in a bottle = 2 pts. Mostly fruit juice and sparkling water. No caffeine. 15mg sodium (super low)
  • Archer Farms (target brand) Multigrain with yogurt cranberries cereal (200/4/7 for 1 cup)
  • WW latte bars. 1 point. YUMMY
  • Quaker mini delites 90 cal. snack packs. Chocolate mint drizzel is so good.
  • Plain hot oatmeal with dried cranberries, cherries, and white grapes with a splash of French vanilla creamer.
  • Sam's choice cola zero (Walmart brand)
